Cons

Favoritism, low pay, not professional. Some people get away with murder at this company because they check certain boxes while others are let go because they choose to be professional. If you don’t want to over share or get personal with the higher ups, don’t waste your time. No wonder the turn over rate is so high. This company is terrible get the basics and leave. You will be over worked with extremely low pay. If you don’t want to move properties two minutes after moving on site, that’s a strike against you.

They have all the kinks figured out. They have been around for so long that they really do understand what a policy and process should look like.

Cons

Directors and Regionals are very unsupportive. They do not listen to all sides of an issue but rather assume they know everything and if you do not agree, you are blacklisted and your growth is taken away.
