* Continuous training and development * An array of growth opportunities * Transparent communication * Open to constructive feedback and ideas from employees * Employee recognition and diversity celebrated * Strong leadership support * Competitive pay and amazing benefits package I feel encouraged and supported by my leadership. I really feel that Weinstein continues to grow in success because of the investment they place into their employees and residents alike.

Cons

I don't have any cons that come to mind. There have been so many positive changes made over the years and the company is always looking for ways to improve. I really appreciate that they are open to ideas and feedback from employees.

Lots of structure here which is nice

T he pay and benefits are very minimal. Higher ups travel around in their private jets while they pay no commission per lease, basic low level health insurance, and low rental discount. They bait you with the quarterly bonus which is determined by how well the property does not necessarily your performance.

At WP, we offer a healthy bonus structure based on several metrics that property teams aim for each quarter. Our bonus program promotes teamwork, whereas a commission-based bonus program is typically individualized. Regarding our health insurance and benefits, every year, WP examines our current carrier and explores options with other companies to get our employees the best rates and plans. In early 2023, we surveyed our employees to get feedback on our current carrier, and ultimately, we switched to a new company which resulted in a significant decrease in cost for the health plan options. We really value the feedback from our employees, and although you are no longer with WP, your comments will be shared with our leadership team. We wish you all the best!
