WP is a very welcoming company and I felt that way at first contact! The interview/hiring process is very smooth and seamless. They offer a great industry-leading training which is amazing, especially if this is your first time in a leasing consultant role. They have great work life balance, vacation time and benefits available to you. I can go on and on about how amazing the company is! I'm so excited to join the team and grow with WP.

Recognition is a consistent part of the culture—team members are frequently acknowledged for doing a great job. We’re also regularly rewarded with luncheons from the corporate team, typically every other month, which makes everyone feel appreciated. Twice a year, the company hosts a corporate event and meeting at fun venues like Top Golf, giving us an afternoon to connect and enjoy ourselves. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely treats you like family, you’ll find that at Weinstein Properties.

Cons

I honestly haven’t experienced any meaningful cons during my time here. The company consistently supports its employees, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
