I’ve really enjoyed my time working as a desk clerk here. The company values professionalism and teamwork, and management is always willing to help when needed. I interact with residents daily, and the role has helped me grow in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. This is a job where everyone is supportive of each other which makes for a great team.

Cons

There is nothing that really stands out to me as a con currently.

Weinstein Properties sets the tone for an amazing work life experience from day 1. Between designated trainers, an incredible culture, and endless oppurtunities to learn, I am happy to call it home. Health benefits are great and even better to have a leadership team that supports taking care of yourself first! Genuine work/life balance in property managment. The company is huge on growth from within and endless oppurtunities for new mentors and new learning experiences. Could not ask for more!
