The company has some great training values that continue to be helpful even after leaving.

Cons

The company is great if this is your first job in the industry. You'll learn a lot, but you won't be compensated properly for it. The base pay is industry standard but there is no commission for leases/renewals. Just a basic quarterly bonus that is based on property performance, not personal growth.
