Working for Weinstein has been such a wonderful experience so far! I come from a high stress banking background and since my first interaction with the recruiter Ali Marrow I felt drawn to this company. Everyone here is incredibly warm, supportive, kind and excited about my development. I have been here a week, and my team has been welcoming and invested in teaching me the ropes. My manager Evan is experienced, engaging and takes great care of her team. I love that we all work together towards a common goal, how hands on the training processes are and how open everyone is to new ideas. On top of this there is a 20% rent discount on all area Weinstein Properties and use of the amenities. Not to mention, the property here is beautiful!

Cons

The only con (for me) is that the pay could be a little higher but that will come with raises as I grow with the company.
