Weinstein Properties offers higher level maintenance jobs then other apartment companies, and has multiple properties in this area. They also pay towards the top of the market for knowledge and experience

Pros

I find many of the new policies and procedures to be very employee friendly. Everything from relaxed dress code, expanded uniforms for maintenance, mobile maintenance and WFH flexibility for some office jobs.

Cons
