Poor management and underpaid for work

Weinstein Properties started as a new job opportunity for me but quickly grew into a place where I feel nurtured, valued, and heard. There is a company-wide culture of treating others the way you want to be treated, and that flows from the top down. Each employee is respected as an individual and also in the role that they perform. WP sponsors programs and events for employees across a wide range of topics like mental health, healthy habits, and cultural celebrations (to name just a few). Team spirit is HUGE here! They publicize and celebrate anniversary milestones, and once a year we have a day just to enjoy fun with our co-workers and bask in feeling appreciated by leadership. Hard work is expected, but it is also noticed and rewarded. Employee stand-outs (including those nominated by their peers) are included in a company-wide email, and a large portion of the employees have been promoted from within. There are challenges to any job, but my experience has been that leadership invests in helping me rise to meet them. If you're looking for a place to perform and grow, but also to matter, WP is right for you.
