I have had an overall great experience here. Flexible schedule, wfh days, and I love my staff.

Cons

I have noticed this company has their favorites like any other job. I wish we worked earlier as we currently go in at 9:30-6:00p.m.

WP is always looking for ways to improve the employee's experience. They have excellent training programs, promote from within, send out surveys to collect employee input and then will implement positive changes based upon the feedback given in the surveys. Compensation is competitive. They offer work from home opportunities for some positions and they also have flexible work schedules available. We get to wear jeans on Fridays, have employee lunches, fun company-wide events, and your birthday is a vacation day!

Cons

The cost of the traditional health insurance ($2K deductible) is very high. You could choose a cheaper option, but the prescription costs would be too great. Bonuses could be better and more frequent. The quarterly bonuses are OK, but it would be nice to also have a monthly bonus. The rent discount is only 20%. They also tend to move people around frequently between the different properties.

Great Benefits, new beautiful properties!

Cons

No leadership provided by area manager at the time. Managers are not allowed to make their own decisions, they are micromanaged all the time. There is so much turnover.
