Great Company Culture!

The company culture can't be beat and I genuinely enjoy working with my team each day. I've always believed that at the end of the day your attitude changes everything, but WP takes that one step above by pouring back into their employees. Through random lunches, fun days, and consistent shout-outs we're always lifting each other up.

Cons

The apartment industry definitely comes with its fair share of challenges, but I've gained so much confidence in my customer service skills during my time here. You do have to work some weekends but then you take time off during the week so it evens out.

Disounted Leasing options on property housing.

Cons

The mangers will harass you, if you do not look or act like them. They are unable to accept the differences in peoples demeanor. They also do not want you to excel faster in your position then they did.
