There are so many aspects as to why I love working at Weinstein Properties. One is the flexibility in scheduling and maintaining a work/life balance. I enjoy the family/teamwork atmosphere at all of our properties. It is all hands on deck to see a job well done and ensure we're all doing well. We also celebrate our employees at every chance. We have excellent benefits ranging from insurance, 401k, rental discount for employees, and more. Weinstein Properties truly cares about its employees and it shows.

Cons

There isn't any more development in the Raleigh-Durham region. Would be nice to see more growth here. Other than that, I do not have any downsides to working at Weinstein Properties. It is a joy to grow with this company as it continues to expand and see new opportunities provided through our many regions.

I love how WP is invested in its staff. They take time and resources to train and develop talented and dedicated people who show potential. They truly care about making work-life comfortable and fun! WP puts an emphasis on hiring quality people who genuinely care. It makes for an excellent work environment.

Pros

Use of amenities at the property locations was nice. Rent discounted if you chose to live there.

Cons

They will overwork and underpay. Some racist employees makes work difficult Alot of victim blaming. They hate complaints even when it's valid because it requires them to do more work.
