Weinstein Properties sets and fosters an environment of being family. From the day you start you feel the support from the warm welcome by the co-Presidents all the way to the welcome card from the property staff that you will work with. You have now become a part of a larger work family that provides guidance and support every step of the way. At WP not only do I feel supported in my role every day but I am also part of growth and change within the company that values each and every employee individually. I could not imagine working anywhere else other than WP.

Cons

The company is ever evolving from either current industry standard to employee ideas so I can not list any Cons.

WP has a positive culture right when you walk in! The team is welcoming and excited to meet you. I was very impressed with the training and how the company strives to make you feel empowered by providing a policy for everything! I love that WP is always willing to listen and act on employee's suggestions! For example: They added more holidays to the schedule (The day after Thanksgiving) and increased the maternity/paternity leave to 10 days. I can tell the focus is on retention and making sure the employees feel appreciated! My advice to you is speak up if you have a great idea and ask questions if you are uncertain about something. The company wants to set everyone up for success and help you grow to your fullest potential!

Cons

WP has improved a lot within the past year! There are a few cons but that's just me being picky! Working Saturdays is my only Con!

Pros

Weinstein Properties is a company that truly cares for the employees. Great benefits and compensation. Very nice work environment, you will be treated like family here. Training available for all employees and they promote from within. Have been working for WP here in Dallas/Fort Worth area for the last four years and I'm not planning on going anywhere.

Cons

My experience working with other companies has not been as good as working with WP, I really can't think of any cons.
