I can't say enough about how invested Weinstein is in their employees. My first day I was greeted by a friendly and positive team; and I was provided thorough training and structured feedback to help me get used to the day to day. I started with Weinstein without any property management experience, my resume was full of restaurant/customer service experience. But because of how dedicated this company is to growing their employees I was able to move from a brand-new leasing consultant to Property Manager in just over a year. Every step of my development included clear expectations, and support from my managers and directors. There is always someone to reach out to or resources to use.

This will be year 5 for me with Weinstein Properties and I am as pleased today as I was the day I started. My journey took me from part time leasing consultant (brand new to the industry) to Property Manager and I was fully supported in my growth every single step of the way. If I was to describe Weinstein Properties in one word I would say INVESTED. They are invested in each and every team member and in the overall happiness of each one of their residents. Walking through the doors of my office for the past 5 years I feel a sense of pride knowing I am working for a stand-up company who truly values the lives they touch. You truly feel invested in as more than an employee, you matter, and your desire to grow is met with all the tools you need to feel successful. If you are willing to dive in, learn, and invest in your own growth, you will be noticed for the devotion and provided with all the tools needed for success! Remember as you start this journey, you are not alone, with Weinstein Properties you are not a number.
