      Pros

      Weinstien Properties have been great at getting me set up with my new job. My recruiter Taylor was very friendly, and then I had a great zoom interview with Wendy. HR has been on top of all my new hire emails and helping with any questions I may have. Such a well organized company! So glad I get to be a part of it!

      Cons

      None! I start to work on Monday 6/21/21 but I don’t expect cons.

      Pros

      Discount on rent and no pet fees.

      Cons

      Rental discount is taxed so it's less. Property Managers have zero power on their own property. The company forces you to move if you decide to leave. The owners have a private jet but will do anything to pay you as little as possible. Bonuses are a joke. The pay is terrible for what you have to put up with. The regionals only show up to interview people or fire people, making their presence very stressful. They move people around constantly and put you on a "bad list" if you say no to changing properties. This company does not care about their employees. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We have a quarterly bonus program that allows each employee to contribute to the team’s success actively, and we’ve had great feedback on this program.
