We are glad to hear that you enjoy working with your team members but are disappointed to hear your comments about pay and management. This is certainly not how we want our employees to feel and we encourage you to talk with your Property Manager and Property Director. While we understand some of the routine tasks are not for everyone, all team members work together as needed to maintain daily picture perfect standards. We usually have a designated position on our maintenance team or a cleaning company to assist with the more difficult and deep cleans. We’d like to get to a place where you feel better about your position so please talk with your management team so that we can assist.

I have worked for WP for 11 years. I often forget what it was like working for other companies compared to WP as we are a step above the rest. With 18 years of experience in the field, I can say that with complete confidence. Starting in leasing and working my way into a management position came with both professional and personal growth. WP is a family for all intensive purposes. We are all a team, from state to state. We focus on developing people to be the best they can be. We don't develop managers, we develop leaders. We are genuine, caring, empathetic and we do what makes sense. If you are looking for a life long career with a fantastic innovative company in an ever changing industry, this is the place for you.
