We sincerely appreciate your comments regarding promotions and training. Regarding on-call time, we understand that spending time on after-hours calls is an important topic, especially in the apartment industry. We do pay up to an hour of travel time (30 minutes each way) in addition to the actual time it took to handle the emergency. In addition, we pay a modest on-call bonus to help a little more too. With that said, we understand your comments and hear what you’re saying. We will keep this in mind for any future conversations about after-hours time. Pros

WMCI is great with growth potential for employees, giving opportunities to learn, and treating their employees fair for the most part. There is a pretty good rent discount for full time employees as well as insurance plans. They are good about transferring as well.

Cons

Some leadership could be better.
