Pros

We have policies and procedures for most everything which makes work life easier. Our region is like a family, we stick together and help each other out when needed. The corporate office also has departments that assist the properties with deposit accounting, invoice processing/payment, pricing, etc which in turn takes some of the burden off the leasing offices and we are able to focus more on our customers.

Cons

Rental discount could be a little higher for employees living onsite, but everything else is great!
