I previously worked for Weinstein Properties for approximately nine years and only left due to relocating out of the area. A few years later, an opportunity came up to return, and I’ve been back for the past four years. In total, I’ve been with the company for about 13 years, and coming back was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
While I’ve had positive experiences elsewhere, I always felt like something was missing. Returning to Weinstein honestly felt like coming home.
One of the first things you notice is the incredible longevity within the company, and that says a lot. There are so many long-term team members here including those who have been with the company for decades.
Another thing I genuinely appreciate is that there isn’t just one path here. There are so many opportunities and different ways to build a career with Weinstein. The company encourages learning, asking questions, and developing new skills, and there are several training opportunities available to help you grow.
The company culture is solid and strong and it truly feels like a place where people support and celebrate one another. Weinstein is very well established and invests focus into creating a thriving environment for residents and team members which I beleive has contributed greatly to overall success and growth.
