      Pros

      I've had a great experience working with Weinstein Properties over the past three years. I began my journey in the Tennessee region during my first year and later transferred to the Texas region in late 2023, where I’ve been ever since. Both transitions were smooth, and I’ve consistently felt supported along the way. One of the things I appreciate most about the company is its dynamic culture and the genuine growth opportunities. Leadership invests in its employees, and it shows in the way we are encouraged to learn, develop, and take on new challenges. I am also a proud member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Being part of this group has been incredibly meaningful—it’s a great platform to celebrate and uplift the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our team members. It truly reflects the company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Cons: If I had to list one area for improvement, it would be the office hours. I wish our closing time were 5 PM instead of 6 PM to support a better work-life balance. Overall,

      Work Where You Matter

      Supportive leadership Good work–life balance Opportunities to grow A positive team culture Fair compensation or benefits The company wants to invest in you. You are not a number and leadership will know who you are. The co-presidents/leadership take the time and effort to know everyone. The company is in many states and watching leadership approach every person on the team and know small details is amazing. Direct leadership is very strong and supportive.

      Cons

      In a leadership role being readily on call - you wouldn't be on the phone 24/7 but you should be ready to answer a phone or being on a computer to assist your team at odd hours.
