Pros

Great pay for a college student. Flexible hours, most hours are on the weekend so your week is relatively free. Very structured policies. Overall, good management.

Cons

Policies are very strict and can sometimes be overbearing. Turnover is extremely high (I am unsure as to why this is). Training is not very thorough.

Pros

Not a bad place to work. People are treated pretty well, money can be an issue for some positions. Some nice benefits like, health insurance, discounts on cars/rentals, free parking.

Cons

Company is very ambitious, set's very high targets. The company is successful, but you would never know this from the attitude and tone of our sales meetings. More emphasize could be placed on what people accomplished, not what they need to do next.
