Better than Other Management Companies but...

Pros

Fun environment depending on manager. Company highlights positivity. Some room for growth. Bonus structure allows for a more cohesive office instead of competitive. Great training classes.

Cons

High turnover. No managerial support. Residents get what they want if they complain enough. You're expected to be perfect in so many areas and if you fail you're scrutinized. Work long hours. Open pretty much the whole year, 7 days a week. High cost on insurance. Discount is ok. Nepotism is high in Charlotte region.

Was a steady job. Nice people to work with. Nice fun day at bush gardens.

Cons

Average 15 to 20 hours of on call time that you don't get compensated overtime for. The company makes you take off the time the following week.

Great training classes, awesome policies and procedures to follow, met life long friends

Cons

No opportunity for growth, no leasing or renewal bonuses, late hours, office is open every day of the week and almost all holidays, no overtime, insurance is expensive and not the best, high turnover
