Pros

Great pay for a college student. Flexible hours, most hours are on the weekend so your week is relatively free. Very structured policies. Overall, good management.

Cons

Policies are very strict and can sometimes be overbearing. Turnover is extremely high (I am unsure as to why this is). Training is not very thorough.

Fun environment depending on manager. Company highlights positivity. Some room for growth. Bonus structure allows for a more cohesive office instead of competitive. Great training classes.

Cons

High turnover. No managerial support. Residents get what they want if they complain enough. You're expected to be perfect in so many areas and if you fail you're scrutinized. Work long hours. Open pretty much the whole year, 7 days a week. High cost on insurance. Discount is ok. Nepotism is high in Charlotte region.
