Pros

Great training classes, awesome policies and procedures to follow, met life long friends

Cons

No opportunity for growth, no leasing or renewal bonuses, late hours, office is open every day of the week and almost all holidays, no overtime, insurance is expensive and not the best, high turnover

Pros

Very straight forward company. Has policies and procedures for pretty much everything. Provide excellent customer service to their residents.

Cons

Some of the downsides would have to be that you aren't allowed much room for creativity. Even with the managers, there is only so much they can do. Sometimes it was pretty ridiculous the types of permissions they needed from Directors. It kind of made it feel like wow what is the point of even having a manager.

Rude micromanagers

Pros

You'll get promoted if you kiss up and make friends with the right person. You'll learn quickly what it's like to work for a company who could care less about you as a person.

Cons

No coaching or training - do what senior management says when they say it or you better look for a new job. I've seen a lot of discrimination and no repercussions. They make sure you know it's a company run by lawyers so they can do whatever they want. Promotion opportunities are available but only after you get put on an " leadership development tool " aka monthly review to point out all the stuff you need improvement on so they can prolong the promotion process. Then even after promotion they still want to review you every other week. You think it would be nice to track progress? Not so much. Just a micromanagement tool so they can have tabs on you at all times. Regional has too much work on her plate. Rude and unapproachable.
