Toxic culture where management uses people as pawns. Fired a new hire same day as they started because they eliminated position. Operate like a mob.

Employees are engaged and want to make a difference. Strategic change in Safety approach and getting rid of unskilled safety " professionals".

Cons

Leadership must get engaged with front line employees. All levels of leadership including regional. Very reactive culture.
