      Pros

      If you work hard it’s an easy job, easy to move up but eventually you will hit a wall, flexible hours

      Cons

      Department workers get paid the same as entry level workers even though it’s about 10 times harder to work in a department, raises just don’t happen even though they are promised yearly, management changes every 3 months, no consistent workers, can’t hire reliable people because they treat their workers horribly, most of management is completely corporate and impossible to talk to they are very robotic and two faced,
