Some of the managers that I worked under were very unpersonable. A lot of unaccountability in the upper levels in the store, everything was always someone else's fault. The store also had a very high employee turnover because management gave a job to almost anyone. Cashiers also had to work in all departments instead of hiring dedicated employees for produce, dairy, etc.

There are more con's then pros. The store I work at the management tends to get lazy, they put to much pressure on their employees. And instead of saying they are in the wrong they yell at the employees. They let certain people walk all over them and others get into trouble. The managers tend to not act like they care or show compassion for their employees. They don't care how customers talk to their employees and when a customer threatens harm to one of their employees they don't care its a customer and automatically blames the employee and the customer gets nothing.
