9.00 to start and fot that as a baker they make you do...Bagel and roll bin, prep all breads and rolls to be baked, proof (rise the dough), bake all breads and rolls, at the same time proof more dough, then bake some more, now package the breads and rools that have cooled down, seal packages, place at least 3 strickers on every single bag of rolls and bread, theb proof more bread take out the fininshed rolls and bread, package those, make sure roll and bagel bin is full, now package everything and sticker and stock all shelves rotate stock....sometimes you get 7 hours, sometimes 6 hours to finish everything...no review or raise for at least a year. you do get a half hour UN PAID lunch. You are on your feet for entire shift. the guy who collects carts outside, make the same as a baker...HORRIBLE JOB...Did I mention, you must adhear to a strict time schedule for getting out the different breads and rolls...HIGH STRESS...
