Here come the cons and I am simply going to say that the management was so bad and so unorganized I have never seen anything like it! It's pretty bad too when managers lie to you and the employees that are also there hardly work. Those managers lied to me all the time and that is why I quit immediately. I am not going into details or any situations that have happened. Here are the cons - Management is horrible and unorganized - Managers lie to you all the time - Employees are highly rude and NOT trustworthy - No set schedule (your schedule will change every single week) - No competitive pay (another thing they lie to you about) - Employees hardly work - Store is greatly unorganized - Weis doesn't really make a lot of business Please, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORKING HERE!!!!!!!!!

-Little pay -Awful store/corporate management -No work/life balance -Toxic work environment It is difficult to put into words how soul sucking working for this company actually is, I feel for anyone who applies or still works here. Just know, there is light at the end of the tunnel, you do not have to hate your job and subsequently your life. There are actually companies who appreciate their employees and respect them, don't waste your time looking for that here.
