Extremely unimpressive executive management. They will not extend for their hand to you let alone listen. A vast amount of productivity is lost preparing for their visits. Customers are rarely a priority because managers know they'll be verbally assaulted if they don't do everything possible to appease their superiors (always random things like a certain display). It's a terribly archaic management structure that leaves most people hating their jobs, or at best, constantly on the look out for a slightly better opportunity. Lower than average pay (you need to be as aggressive as possible when accepting offers - they will take advantage)

They don't pay well and are eliminating full time positions and hours as a whole. They expect to run a business with one person stocking the whole department when the business warrents a lot more help.
