Management has not a clue how to run a food store, or treat there employees well. There have been a few demotions in the past few days and management of these people have no taken responsibility or any blame for them . Management should share in the blame of its employees and that is not the case here. Most of the front end monitors, (which there are many) do nothing at all just stand around and talk , ignoring the cashiers and customers. They give special treatment to their friends and none to anyone else. This is more of a high school job them it is a real job in terms of atmosphere and treatment. Some of this special treatment is making them do nothing but returns while the other work, also they give them more hours then everyone else. Also they have hired people to do specific jobs and then they change what job they are supposed to be doing .
