      Pros

      Store is only 5 minutes from where I live. Alot of people there have other jobs and they seem to schedule the employees hours around their 2nd job pretty well.

      Cons

      While being part time cashier means you can work up to 36 hours a week, they only pay minimum wage ($7,25 an hour). Start you out slow in training as well--only got 2 four-hour days a week to start--which at $7.25 an hour and only 8 hours a week, it isn't much money.. They did say once my training was complete, I could ask for additional hours. Hopefully, after training, they will schedule me for alot more hours than 8 hours a week.

      Lied to all the time. Hours cuts and same amount/quality of work expected. They don't really care about their employees.

      Pros

      This company works with my busy schedule and "second life." The manager of my department is more understanding than any manager I have ever had. If you do your job, there are no worries. I definately don't need to worry about getting stabbed in the back by her. We all have stressful days, but this department is still a great team and I would not want to work in any other department. We work AS A TEAM to get the job done. It's very fulfilling. I always look forward to working with the "boss"and the "bakery master."

      Cons

      Let me try to think of a con when working in this department. Oh wait, I can't think of any. =)
