Pros
very flexible, store manager is always nice, easy job that requires almost 0 skill sets. plenty of entertainment interacting with customers, as well as with workers. if you are a useful worker you essentially can do what you want that’s not illegal as long as work gets done.
Cons
certain departments manage better than others, in grocery particularly the workers do not get along with a particular supervisor. up front is a mess because theres always the same worker screaming at customers and making them feel a bit uncomfortable. (its not his fault…) pharmacy runs well but they hate just about everyone under the age of 25.
