      Surgical Products Division - Innovation and Positive Changes

      Pros

      I have worked with the Surgical Products team for a number of years, and have been happy to be part of the divisions continued growth, expansion, and see management making positive changes to address employee concerns. It is a fast paced, and at times high-stress environment, but the team dynamic is excellent. A lot of smart people running around making things happen. Seeing the company investment in the facilities, systems and people is important and part of the reason for their success. Great place to work if your up for the challenge (never a slow day).

      Cons

      Additional time needed for training, employee development, and some growing pains (I guess those are to be expected).
