Great work environment with flexibility, growth opportunities and a lot of potential. This is a fast paced and high demand workplace, where regardless how well prepared you are, you will always have something to learn. The management does an amazing job overall. There is a constant encouragement and support from leadership when comes to development of your personal skills. The only thing you need, is the desire to get involved. Very interesting components produced here. Pros : When you know the end product helps saving people’s life, you feel good about it. You are also surrounded by hard working individuals that are always willing to help. Great company to work for.
Cons
It can be overwhelming for those that cannot adapt to fast paced environment. Sometimes , not too often though, you have to work extra hours to get everything done.
