      Pros

      High precession stamping company. Excellent facilities and high end equipment. Company really supports additional training and education. A lot of opportunity to learn and take on new challenges. High performers are recognized by management. Culture is great, others want you to succeed and will go out of their way to help.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to get work done quickly due to limited resources (people). 3rd week of vacation given after 8 years.
