Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed our vacation policy at the beginning of this year and revised it to improve the vacation time provided to new employees at the start of their Weiss-Aug career. We took this action to help all team members achieve a greater work/life balance so that everyone can spend a good amount of much deserved quality time with their loved ones. We're sorry to hear that you feel communication is not at the level it should be, and we welcome you to speak with a member of the HR team to help us better understand what improvements should be made. We also would be happy to listen to any suggestions you would like to share to help with this area. Regarding teamwork, every team member at Weiss-Aug plays an integral part in the success of the Company. We strive to foster an environment where teamwork and inclusion are at the forefront of everything we do.
