A company with a big vision that everyone is chasing after. I have been working here for about 2 years now, and I've never felt a lack of appreciation from anyone.

- Empathetic and team work culture that nurtures and helps you to grow - Unlimited holidays & food options - Caring and amazing co-workers - It's such a happening place to work in, I've seen everyone look forward to getting to work (Which is pretty rare in our context)

Cons

- Not for people who wants to work alone - Super fast paced work environment, might not be everyone's cup of tea

- Brilliant and humble colleagues/teammates - The most transparent and capable leadership team; they really value all your hard work and appreciate you for what you bring to the company - Proper work/life balance - Good transport facility, catered lunch, festival and performance bonuses, paid leaves - The best engineering stack - So much to learn, still learning and growing!

Cons

- Would be great if Dhaka engineers get the chance to visit the NY/London office sponsored by the office
