- Welcome has a great culture, amazing people and leaders, well organized and super fun environment - It cares about employees, maintains transparency, listens to the new ideas, and empowers its employees - Encourages for both personal and professional level growth - Uses cutting-edge technologies and always willing to adopt new technology - Maintains very standard compensation packages compared to the competitive market - I highly recommend people to come, join and learn at Welcomesoftware. I personally feel proud to be part of the Welcome family.

- Interesting work, collaborative work environment and awesome colleagues - Good compensation and perks (unlimited holidays) - Fun office environment (before COVID made us go completely WFH) - Management is empathetic to employees' needs

Cons

Re-orgs and chanages in business directions may be more frequent compared to non-startup businesses.
