Pros

- People are great. US, EMEA, Dhaka. - Strong support from peers & managers - Performance is based on trust - Product is constantly changing which is super stimulating (but also has its cons...) - Strong Execs & HR team - support is solid.

Cons

-Product is constantly changing sometimes with little to no notice and as a CSM it can be challenging. - Product is working in an agile way, and the roadmap is always uncertain when it comes to timeline.
