- Great people across all of the offices - Product is ever evolving (sometimes too frequently) - Transparent product feedback - Strong company values

- Sometimes it feels like innovating just to innovate, rather than consider affect on customers - Pressure on certain teams far outweigh others

Pros

Best-in-class product, people all share company values (not just a cliche, the values are actually tangible here), the work is more fulfilling since we're not BS-ing prospects and clients, emphasis on individual responsibility allows for flexibility in the way work is done.

Cons

Company just rebranded, things are changing and morphing quickly. Pivots have to be expected. Turnover at SAAS companies seems high, not sure exactly whether Welcome falls within the average or outside of it but it's noticeable. Haven't been around long enough to see it but I'm sure there's internal drama wherever you go. One thing I do notice about that is if there's a difference in opinion during a meeting or in a chat, it's handled professionally and people don't take things personally (one of the values is "Assume noble intent")
