Never a dull moment. I spent 7 of the most formative years of my life working at Welcome (formerly NewsCred) and can honestly say that it's an experience I'd recommend to anyone interested in being stretched towards new learning, and looking to surround themselves with sharp, caring peers and leaders. The company vision is bold, and the leadership is willing to make big bets on getting there. The company structure is far more horizontal than typical, giving all employees an opportunity to showcase their work and focus on core company objectives. Expect to be asked to work on things above your current skillsets, but know that your team will support you in bridging the gap.

Cons

Startup life is not for everyone. Expect a degree of chaos and uncertainty. That said, the juice is so worth the squeeze.
