Pros
The leadership here is incredibly attentive to my needs and the needs of corporate and clinical employees. Everyone at this company is pretty accessible, and I feel like my concerns and ideas are taken seriously. I also appreciate that WellQor is very different than some of its larger competitors like B*tterH*lp. I get to feel good about working here because unlike some of the tech giants in the online therapy world, WellQor: -Actually cares about the medical standards and ethics that come with clinical work, and puts good clinical work above "trends" like text therapy or 24hr access to a therapist. -Has a lot of support staff that ensure employees don't feel isolated or go unsupported in a remote-work environment. -Follows the laws for state licensure.
