The WellQor environment is highly organized, friendly, and kind.

Cons

Did not receive adequate support when I first started. I also had a few months of very little patient referrals coming in. (Both of these have been resolved since.)

Pros

The supervisors and leaders at WellQor really want you to succeed. They will help you navigate any challenges and are supportive while holding you accountable. I appreciate that things do not seem to go unnoticed and you aren't alone - even though it's a virtual position. I feel like I have more clinical support at WellQor than I had in previous in person jobs.

Cons

I think there is still some room for growth with communication...as in there have been times where there was almost too much communication and it was overwhelming. After I provided feedback though, it definitely improved.
