*Clinical and administrative support when you need it - you don't have to wait hours or days. * Great pay * Your voice is listened to and taken into account with regard to company procedures * Amazing client - therapist matching program that gets you the clients you most enjoy working with * Great pay and flexible hours - work when you want to and when it works for your family

Cons

* Unfortunately we still need to document our sessions :)

Pros

There's a level of closeness amongst the team that can't be found at other work-from-home companies. Everyone is incredibly nice and there is a general culture of helping one another in whatever way we can- even if it doesn't fit our job description. Work-life balance is good too. Here, it's more about the results than the amount of time spent working.

Cons

WellQor is a growing company, and that often means changing the way we do things to get better. If you're someone who can't handle adapting to change, you should probably work elsewhere.
