Great support staff for Clinicians - virtual meeting with Clinical Directors who are excellent guides for helping you with Clients. Support staff, including the top brass really care for the ability of the Clinicians to do a great job. Positive experience. I work there gort 6 years before retiring.

Cons

As with remote work from home, it can be a bit isolating at times. Company encourages CliniciansM to meet each other through virtual meetings

Pros

There is a lot of flexibility and support at Wellqor. It feels like working at a private practice while having the support of a clinical director and people to take care of referrals, intake scheduling, insurance, and billing which is a huge weight off.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to build up your caseload due to the amount of referrals that are coming in, but that is true of all mental health agencies and private practices.
