      Pros

      The company promotes a positive work culture and environment. The role allows for great flexibility and work life balance. The management team is supportive and available to assist,guide and debrief any challenging situations. Management sets very clear defined expectations and objectives which are more than reasonable if not better than other telehealth platforms in regard to caseload and allowing for autonomy and flexibility in the clinicians schedule.

      Cons

      Due to the role being fully remote there is limited opportunities for interaction across teams if you happen to be across states and different time zones. Therefore one has to be more proactive in fostering connections with other clinicians/peers.

      Pros

      I have been at WellQor for about 6 months and have had a great experience. Everyone is very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The front desk admin takes care of everything for referrals and billing which allows me to focus on treating clients. The EHR is easy to use and has everything in one place for seeing telehealth clients. I love having flexibility in my schedule to see clients whenever is best for me and managing my own schedule.

      Cons

      I started the job during a slow referral time, but the admin team was very communicative and did everything they could to increase referrals. The director even had me work on some admin projects to supplement my compensation during the slow time and checked in frequently.
