You have to deal with rude members and providers, so you have to have thick skin at times.

Great job and pay. I had a friend in a position to help me get this job.

Cons

The staff are lazy, most of them are prn and clock in and do nothing all day. I am in this position in title only, I am not allowed to make changes or direct staff.
