Decent place to work, not great but not bad

Pros

People (coworkers) are nice. Flex schedule was also really nice benefit

Cons

Patient population could be intensely severe depending on which location you were at. Not enough systemic support in place to prevent burnout. I wasn't a support staff person (receptionist) but heard that that job in particular very difficult and expectations were unreasonable.

The pay is decent, You're part of something very important. Providing tools to clinicians who provide patient care. Benefits are decent

Cons

Working environment is horrible in IT. Desks are crammed together, don't even get a cube. Management as of 2018 plays favorites. Inexperienced leadership in IT. It is expected that you work long hours and you better not complain about it.

Good and Bad

Pros

The benefits are wonderful, lots of PTO, if you get their Wellspan Plus insurance plan the monthly cost is minimal and basically everything is covered, and Wellspan will cover 85% of your college tuition without a commitment to continue to work for the company for any length of time.

Cons

The yearly raises are horrible. Myself and pretty much everyone I work with consistently only get 25 cents a year and there is no real opportunity to get more than that if you work a non clinical "bottom of the totem pole" position. If it was not for the tuition reimbursement, I would look elsewhere.
