You’re constantly feeling micromanaged and noticing that the rules seem to apply more strictly to lower-level staff than to management, it understandably creates frustration and a sense of inequity. The environment feels overly controlling and there’s a clear imbalance in accountability between management and staff, any benefits are overshadowed by a negative daily experience. Definite hierarchical culture where management practices—like micromanagement or preferential treatment—is common.
