      Good benefits, PTO is useless even if you have enough hours

      good insurance benefits, good discounts for entertainment

      Cons

      strict punch in times and no leniency, even if you have PTO and call off sick more than a few times in a 6 month period you will be punished, lack of ways to advance

      Pros

      Doctors are great...however they are shielded from what actually goes on in their practice from horrible managment. Are you someone with absolutely no regard for others who will do anything to climb the ranks? This is the place for you!

      Cons

      Everything. Managment is inexperienced, unqualified, and completely unprofessional. Extremely hostile work enviroment which is made worse by dictator like managment. You cannot bring up any issues you have with managment's uneducated decision making or there will be extreme reprocussions. They will fire great employees based on just the word of one awful one. Guilty until proven innocent...and no one is ever proven innocent. Your job will not ever be secure if you are a decent person. Most people transfer after 6 months. Good luck finding many people who have worked there more than a few years.turn over rate is at am all time high thanks to the latest "manager" who has absolutely no idea how am my thing works is only present to condescend and treat people as if they were her misbehaving children that she resents having. Save yourself years off your life. Run. Don't walk.
